Since I got that tip, about using Burdock Root powder to help stop my hair from breaking. I knew I had to get my hands on some of the special powder. Finally I ordered a package two weeks ago. When it arrived, I instantly ran to Target and bought a cheap $10 coffee maker. Two nights ago, I poured 1 tbsp of the powder into a coffee filter, as I was instructed to do. The first thing that stuck out to me was how awful it smelled. However, for less breakage I can get over that smell. The whole process took maybe five minutes. When the coffee maker stopped making noise, I poured that brown smelly liquid into a spray bottle, and refrigerated it. So far, I've sprayed it on my hair every other day. When the winter comes I may do it daily. I saw Courtney (she suggested Burdock Root) last weekend, and I asked her how often she sprayed it into her hair. Before or after what product. It seems again I was making things too difficult. Courtney just sprays it when she feels to, or if her hair looks dry. Burdock root is a popular ingredient, I have notice it's name more and more listed on natural hair products. Does anyone use Burdock Root, or a product that contains it?
